Victoria Yaroshenko

Victoria Yaroshenko has a strong background in project management. Victoria started their career at UkrTech in 2019, where they managed multiple projects simultaneously and led a team of 10+ members. Their responsibilities included custom development management, communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and managing budgets and timelines. Victoria also handled pre-sale activities and outsourced project management. In 2020, they joined Rome Tech Services as an IT Project Manager, where they continued to demonstrate their skills in managing projects and teams. In 2021, Victoria took on the role of Project Manager at Overdose., and in 2022, they will be joining Mind Studios as a Project Manager.

Victoria Yaroshenko obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from CertiProf in October 2022. Victoria also completed certifications in project management, such as Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management, Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Risks, and Scrum: Advanced, all obtained from LinkedIn in September 2021.
