Manthan Deshpande has worked in the manufacturing industry for over a decade, gaining experience in production planning, material management, technical solutions, and quality control. Manthan started as a Trainee Engineer at Birla Precision Technologies Ltd, and has held roles such as Production Engineer at Endurance Technology Pvt. Ltd., Assistant Manager at Rockman Industries Ltd., and currently serves as Deputy Manager at UNO MINDA Group. Manthan is skilled in improving team performance, reducing tool costs, and managing manpower effectively. Manthan holds a DME degree in mechanical engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College.
