Shubham Sunder

Shubham Sunder has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Shubham started their career as a Coordinator in the Department of Management Studies at IIT Roorkee, where they played a key role in organizing events and quizzes related to the field of Operations Management. Shubham then worked as a Convenor at Avenir for a brief period. Later, Shubham interned as a Business Process Improvement Intern at WedAbout, where they gained practical experience in improving business processes. Shubham also served as a Coordinator for the SportsComm club, where they helped budding managers develop their personality and stay fit. Shubham then transitioned to the corporate sector and joined Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Pvt Ltd. as a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for managing the supply chain operations. After gaining valuable experience at Sunbeam, they joined Vishakha Group as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, supporting the MD with various administrative tasks. Currently, Shubham is working at UNO MINDA Group as a Strategy Lead, where they are involved in strategic planning and decision-making for the company.

Shubham Sunder has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institute.
