Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
