Anna Helmich-Zgoda

Anna Helmich-Zgoda has a diverse range of work experience. Anna is currently working as an Associate Coach at Mindbeat since March 2020. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Envision Global Leadership starting from August 2019. Anna also holds the position of Senior Consultant at Speak First since March 2018. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Leadership trainer, executive coach, and PCC at offstandards GmbH from February 2018 and as an International leadership & executive coach, PCC at MoovOne - Coaching & Digital starting May 2017. Anna has also founded and designed the AC/DC School and worked as an educator since November 2012. Anna was an Entrepreneur, ICF PCC coach, HR consultant, and leadership trainer at Empiriana since April 2012. Additionally, Anna has experience as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) since March 2009. Anna had a previous role as a Co-operation as a business trainer, coach, and training supervisor at Moderator Sp. z o.o. from March 2006 to December 2012.

Anna Helmich-Zgoda completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology at the University of Wroclaw from 1995 to 2000. Following that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Voice and Opera at Akademia Muzyczna im. Karola Lipińskiego we Wrocławiu. In terms of additional certifications, Anna obtained the Lumina Learning Practitioner certification from Lumina Learning in February 2023. Anna also holds the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in February 2021. Other certifications include DISC and Motivators from Assessments 24x7 in March 2020, and the Mediator certification from Krajowe Centrum Mediacji in August 2008. Anna is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognized by Acclaim Badging, the International Coaching Federation, and the International Coach Federation, which they achieved in August 2017, July 2020, and August 2017, respectively. Additionally, they hold the Associated Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation, obtained in August 2014. Anna also completed the Coursera Mentor Community and Training Course from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2016.
