Elisabeth Olger

Elisabeth Olger's work experience includes being a Co-Founder at Better Leaders, a company focused on empowering women in leadership roles and fostering collective strength within businesses. Elisabeth also served as an MCC Coach, Mentor Coach, and Co-Active faculty member at Wellbalanced.se. Additionally, Elisabeth has worked as an Executive Coach at Mindbeat and Executive coach at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. Elisabeth has experience as a Change Facilitator at Nexe the Way of Change, specializing in strategic development and business model optimization. Elisabeth also held roles at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as a Faculty member, and at Proffice Sverige AB as a Consultant Manager. Elisabeth has previous experience as a Regional Operations Manager at Eat International and as a Project Manager at Leander & Co, where they started the first digital advertising photography studio in Sweden. Elisabeth began their career as a Stylist at Inspicient & Stylist Elisabeth.

Elisabeth Olger has a diverse education history that spans several years and includes various certifications and programs. In 1979 to 1982, they graduated from Fässbergsskolan with a Technical College degree. In 2005 to 2006, they attended CTI, the Co-Active Training Institute, where they obtained the degree of Professional Coach CPCC, PCC. In 2008, they completed The Co-Active Leader Program at CTI. In 2009, they obtained the certification in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching - Fundamentals from CRR Global. In 2013, they became a Professional Mentor through Mentor International. In 2018, they studied Equity and Intercultural Awareness at the Humanitarian Coaching Network.

Elisabeth has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2009, they earned the ORSC (Organization and Relationships Systems Coaching) certification from CRR Global. In 2018, they became a Certified Facet5 Facilitator through Facet5 Ltd. In 2020, they acquired the Hogan 360 certification from Peter Berry Consultancy and the Hogan Certified designation from Hogan Assessment Systems. Lastly, they hold the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation, obtained in 2006 from the Co-Active Training Institute, and the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, obtained in 2020 from the International Coaching Federation.
