Elisabeth Olger has a diverse education history that spans several years and includes various certifications and programs. In 1979 to 1982, they graduated from Fässbergsskolan with a Technical College degree. In 2005 to 2006, they attended CTI, the Co-Active Training Institute, where they obtained the degree of Professional Coach CPCC, PCC. In 2008, they completed The Co-Active Leader Program at CTI. In 2009, they obtained the certification in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching - Fundamentals from CRR Global. In 2013, they became a Professional Mentor through Mentor International. In 2018, they studied Equity and Intercultural Awareness at the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
Elisabeth has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2009, they earned the ORSC (Organization and Relationships Systems Coaching) certification from CRR Global. In 2018, they became a Certified Facet5 Facilitator through Facet5 Ltd. In 2020, they acquired the Hogan 360 certification from Peter Berry Consultancy and the Hogan Certified designation from Hogan Assessment Systems. Lastly, they hold the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation, obtained in 2006 from the Co-Active Training Institute, and the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, obtained in 2020 from the International Coaching Federation.
