Maciej Gruszczyk is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Technical and Architectural Lead / IT Manager at HSBC since November 2019, Maciej also works as a Java Consultant for Mindbox S.A. since the same date. Prior to this, Maciej spent six years at Sabre Corporation, progressing from Regular Software Developer to Team Lead Software Developer. Earlier roles include Regular and Junior Software Developer at Ericpol Telecom. Maciej holds multiple degrees from AGH University of Krakow, including a Master of Engineering in Applied Computer Science and a Master of Engineering in Management and Marketing, along with post-diploma studies in IT Projects Management.
