Gregory Maes is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in genomics, business development, and strategic alliances management. As the Founder and Owner of BioGenomics since 2008, Gregory Maes has spearheaded innovative consultancy services in various areas of genomics for human, animal, and plant sectors. Currently, Gregory Maes serves as a Senior Go-To-Market Consultant and Medical Affairs Manager for Roche Diagnostics BE, focusing on introducing diagnostic sequencing services in Belgium. Gregory Maes also holds roles as an Executive MBA candidate at Valar Institute and previously worked as Global Pharma and Strategic Alliances Manager at Nonacus and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at James Cook University, contributing to projects in applied genomics and environmental studies. Earlier experience includes significant positions at KU Leuven, specializing in genomic medicine and biotechnology. Gregory Maes earned both a PhD and Master's degree in Biological Sciences from KU Leuven.
