Ralf Hetzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement, customer experience, and digital strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President Client Engagement at Mindcurv since November 2019, Ralf focuses on developing and evolving eCommerce and IoT platforms for B2C and B2B clients. Previously, Ralf held the position of Principal at E.ON Inhouse Consulting GmbH, leading projects to enhance customer journeys. Ralf also founded an IoT/Connected Home start-up as CEO at ewyso GmbH. While at Vodafone, Ralf established the first brand-driven customer experience team and developed online strategies. Early career experience includes roles at goetzpartners and PwC, where Ralf managed significant projects in strategy development and retail consulting. Ralf holds a Diplomkaufmann degree from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Diplom in Service Marketing from Stockholm University.
