Divya Singh

Divya Singh is a seasoned professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at MindCypress since October 2016. In this role, Divya has designed and implemented programs aimed at enhancing personnel skills and conducted educational presentations to boost productivity. Prior to MindCypress, Divya held the position of Learning Manager at Inculquer from July 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included designing and conducting surveys for instructors, managers, and participants, as well as applying Adult Learning Theory in training program design. Divya holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur.
