Deborrah Ward is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Staff Registered Nurse at Minden Medical Center since May 2014 and as the Director of Clinical Services at Aime Hospice since May 2019, Deborrah also owns WARD TRAVEL, established in November 2017. Prior to these roles, Deborrah worked as an RN in the operating room at Willis-Knighton Health System from December 2006 to April 2013 and as a travel nurse in the operating room with Aureus Medical Group between April and October 2012. Deborrah holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Oakland Community College, completed between 2001 and 2003, and has further education from Oakland University.

Minden Medical Center planted its roots in 1926, as a four-story building with only an x-ray department, one operating room, a room for tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies, one delivery room, 80 hospital beds and a strong commitment to quality healthcare. Today, it has blossomed into a 161-bed acute care hospital serving a population of more than 70,000. It is the only hospital in the southern portion of Webster Parish. More than 1,600 people each month seek emergency care in our emergency facility. Minden Medical Center has more than 500 employees, including our off-site locations, with an annual payroll of approximately $27M.
