Andrew Offer

Andrew Offer has been a member of the MiNDERA Board of Directors since 2015. He is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Scientific Health Development (SHD), a boutique investment firm focused on earlier stage, innovative medical technologies and products. Over his 13+ years with SHD, Andrew has held various roles on board of directors and provided financial services for numerous portfolio companies including as Chief Financial Officer, in addition to serving as advisor and mentor to other startups. Prior to joining SHD, he was a Senior Analyst and Associate at VMG Health, where he performed and managed hundreds of business valuations exclusively in the healthcare industry. Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude with multiple honors distinctions earning a B.B.A. in Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University in 2004. In addition, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2009 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.
