Amy Coetzee

Amy Coetzee currently serves as a Senior Partnerships Advisor and Head of Partnerships for Gender Equality at the Minderoo Foundation, where contributions to gender equality initiatives have been instrumental since July 2022. Previous experience includes roles such as Gender Equality Strategy Advisor at Tattarang and Policy Advisor to the Deputy-Secretary General at OECD - OCDE. Amy has also worked as a Gender Mainstreaming and Impact Consultant for CEOs for Gender Equity Inc. and served in various capacities at the Department of Social Services. With an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Melbourne, along with a Bachelor's degree from The University of Western Australia, Amy has a strong foundation in policy management and international relations. Leadership experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Voices, a non-profit organization dedicated to engaging young Australians in international policy.
