Jemma Rowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, operations management, and legal consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Strategic Partnerships at the Minderoo Foundation, Jemma focuses on building impactful relationships to enhance outcomes. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships at the Minderoo Foundation, where emphasis was placed on community well-being, and Operations Manager at Tenmile, a health technology investment firm. Jemma has also held senior positions at Herbert Smith Freehills, managing recruitment across Asia, and has provided strategic recruitment advice during a secondment with Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships.
