Katie Tomarchio

Katie Tomarchio has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and industries. Katie currently works as the Head of Office Operations at Tattarang and the Minderoo Foundation, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Office Manager at both companies from March 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Tattarang and Minderoo Foundation, Katie was the Group Manager Executive Office at Stealth Global Holdings from October 2019 to March 2021. Katie also held the position of Office Services Team Lead (Contract) at Iluka Resources from February 2019 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Assistant (Contract) at PACT Construction for a brief period in January 2019.

In 2018, Katie took time off for overseas travel, and from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Business Support Manager at Vermont Capital & The Naked Word.

Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager at Scoop Publishing from July 2013 to May 2016, where they handled various responsibilities related to office management, human resources, distribution, sponsorships, donations, IT, and executive support to the Managing Director.

Their earlier experiences include working as an Executive Assistant at Equinox Capital & Vermont Capital Pty Ltd from February 2011 to July 2013, and as a Practice Manager at Vertex Financial Solutions Group Pty Ltd from February 2007 to February 2011. In these roles, they managed office operations, provided executive assistance, handled human resources, maintained relationships with stakeholders and clients, and oversaw administrative and financial departments.
