Lauren Rosher

Lauren Rosher is currently the Head of Advocacy - Impact Missions at the Minderoo Foundation, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren served as the Government Relations Lead and then Head of Strategy, Social Value and Government Affairs at Synergy from August 2021 to November 2023. Lauren also worked in the Office of the Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations as a Departmental Liaison Officer from August 2020 to July 2021, facilitating communication between the Department and the Office. Additionally, Lauren held various positions at the Attorney-General's Department from February 2016 to July 2020, including Executive Officer in the Office of International Law and Senior Legal Officer in International Crime Cooperation and Treaties. Early career experiences include roles as a Casual Sales Assistant at M Webster Holdings and as a Vacation Clerk at Kott Gunning Lawyers, alongside guiding tours with SANDEMANs NEW Europe Tours from October 2011 to January 2013. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Laws/Biomedical Science from The University of Notre Dame Australia, completed in 2015.
