MindFluent Counselling & EMDR is a trauma-focused group practice offering both in-person and online therapy for adults across British Columbia. Located in Burnaby and serving the greater Vancouver area, our team of Registered Clinical Counsellors provides specialized care for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, low self-worth, and other emotional challenges.

We are grounded in evidence-based approaches, with a clinical focus on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Our therapists also integrate complementary modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person-centered approaches tailored to each client’s needs.
