Shivendra Pratap

Shivendra Pratap has over 16 years of experience in operations and research management. Currently at MindForce Research since January 2007, Shivendra has led the development of advanced research and strategic planning, handling operations for offshore MRO projects and managing large teams for voice and web-based projects. Previous experience includes serving as an ERP Consultant at Dell from 2003 to 2007, where Shivendra provided implementation support and improved processes within the Distribution and Manufacturing modules while mentoring a team of five. Shivendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bharti Vidyapeeth College of Engineering.
