Sarah Thomas has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Mindful Chef, Sarah's previous positions include Head of People and People Manager. Prior experience at L'Oréal includes roles as HR Business Partner, HR Junior Business Partner, and HR Emerging Talent Specialist. Sarah's career began with an internship as an HR Business School Intern at the University of Leeds and as a Graduate Recruitment Intern at L'Oréal. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and has A levels in Business Studies, History, and English Literature from Cardinal Newman College.
