Lauren Heller

Lauren Heller (Brickman) currently serves as Managing Director at TPG since October 2024 and holds multiple board observer roles at Monogram Health, Mindful Health Solutions, and Clever Care Health Plan since November 2020. Previously, Lauren was Vice President of Talent in Healthcare and Director of Talent at Norwest Venture Partners from February 2020 to October 2024, and Talentist at Talentism LLC from September 2019 to August 2020. Additionally, Lauren was Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives at CareMore Health from July 2017 to December 2019, and Director at Oxeon Partners from January 2014 to June 2017. Earlier roles include Senior Associate at NY Common Pantry and Senior Clinical Research Coordinator at the Mood and Personality Disorders Research Group at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Lauren holds a PhD candidacy in Clinical Psychology from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude from Union College.
