Mark Cooper

Mark has a deep background in information technology and business consulting with a keen understanding of vendor selection and implementation for software and hardware solutions. He was previously president and COO of Health Diagnostics. Additional experience includes software development leadership roles at Accenture and IBM. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Information Systems from Baylor University.
