Helping mental health professionals navigate the tough realities of the mental health field, can at times be exhausting. As a board approved licensing supervisor I like to walk with you through the valleys. Although these valleys can seem dark and sometimes uneasy, it is here where we find compassion, growth and resiliency to push forward. As you make your way through the valley, the fog begins to lift and realize you have been climbing, only to find you have made it to the mountain top. Here you take a break, rest, and reflect and we rejoice together. 

As we make this journey together I hope to bring joy and humor most of all!
