At Mindful Space, we believe that learning, well-being, and connection should grow together. We create experiences that help children, parents, and educators develop emotional awareness, resilience, and meaningful relationships through mindful learning and play.

Founded in Singapore by educator and parent Vernessa Chuah, Mindful Space was created to support families navigating the challenges of raising children in a fast-paced world. With more than 20 years of experience in education across Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore, Vernessa’s vision is to build nurturing environments where children and families can thrive.

We curate holistic programmes that combine movement, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning to support the development of the whole child—mind, body, and emotions.

Our offerings include:

• Kids & teens enrichment classes - Mindfulness, Aerial and Yoga
• Family experiences and bonding activities
• Holiday camps and workshops
• Mindfulness and yoga programmes
• Parenting and educator workshops
• Corporate and school well-being programmes

Through movement, play, and reflection, we help children build confidence and emotional intelligence while supporting parents with tools to raise mindful, resilient individuals.

At Mindful Space, we are more than a space—we are a community of families, educators, and changemakers committed to nurturing the next generation with empathy, kindness, and self-awareness.
