Jessica Crain started working as a Registered Nurse at the University of Washington Medical Center in July 2007. Jessica held this role until October 2013. In 2011, they co-founded Mindful Support Services and Mindful Therapy Group, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer. In this position, they developed an innovative approach to group private practice in mental health care, organized all business operations and office administration staff, and created a healthcare support environment for private practice development and networking opportunities.
Jessica Crain attended the University of Washington from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts. Following that, they studied at Shoreline Community College from 2005 to 2007 and earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Mindful Therapy Group
Mindful Therapy Group is a diverse group of over 1,000 mental health professionals serving Washington and Oregon through in-person and telehealth visits. Our mental health professionals see children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in a multitude of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, behavioral and learning issues including ADHD. Established in 2011, we have expanded both in our number of locations and services to accommodate the growing need in our communities for high-quality and comprehensive mental health care. We consider ourselves leaders in the industry and will continue to strive to meet the growing demands in our changing world and healthcare system.
