Julie Youngblood is an experienced professional in the mental health and behavioral health fields, currently serving as Program Supervisor at RI International and as a Therapist with Mindful Therapy Group since late 2022. Prior roles include Clinical Director at Telecare Corporation and Clinical Director for the Parent-Child Assistance Program at the University of Washington - School of Medicine. With a comprehensive background that also includes positions as a Value-Based Program Consultant at Optum and Clinical Practice Consultant at UnitedHealthcare, Julie Youngblood has extensive experience in clinical management and program development. Julie holds a Master’s of Arts in Social Science focusing on Organizational Systems and Counseling from Pacific Lutheran University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Oregon.

Mindful Therapy Group
Mindful Therapy Group is a diverse group of over 1,000 mental health professionals serving Washington and Oregon through in-person and telehealth visits. Our mental health professionals see children, adolescents, and adults and specialize in a multitude of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, behavioral and learning issues including ADHD. Established in 2011, we have expanded both in our number of locations and services to accommodate the growing need in our communities for high-quality and comprehensive mental health care. We consider ourselves leaders in the industry and will continue to strive to meet the growing demands in our changing world and healthcare system.
