MindFull Healing Collective (MHC) is a culturally inclusive wellness and leadership organization devoted to relational healing, personal growth, and transformational leadership.

We help individuals, couples, and organizations restore relationships, repair brokenness, and reconnect hearts through experiential, evidence-based offerings including:

✨ APA Accredited continuing education for healing professionals
✨ Safe Conversations® workshops
✨ Couples retreats and relationship intensives
✨ Leadership and team culture training
✨ Trauma-informed group healing programs

Our collective is built on the belief that healing happens together — not in isolation. Every experience we offer is designed to nurture belonging, connection, and transformation. Whether you're a couple, a healing professional, or a leader, our spaces center emotional safety, cultural inclusivity, and the power of relational growth.

MindFull Healing Collective was founded by Ateeka Contee and is guided by a commitment to healing across generations.
