Evelina

Evelina is the current Chief People Officer at MindfulSouls. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at Foxelli Group from June 2019 to October 2021. There, they were responsible for managing the HR department staff, setting organizational goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retention, as well as leading and implementing policies, processes, bonus systems, and training initiatives. Evelina also developed and executed best practices for recruitment, coached employees to reach self-actualization at the workplace, and maintained knowledge of trends, best practices in human resources, and talent management.

From October 2018 to June 2019, Evelina was the Personnel and Project Manager at Foxelli Group. There they managed employees (workflow, deadlines, accountability), coached employees, resolved conflicts, completed administrative tasks (invoices, expenses), recruited new talent, and managed the selection of products for the "Mindfulsouls subscription box".

Before their time at Foxelli Group, Evelina was a Volunteer at SOS Children's Villages Lithuania from November 2016 to May 2017.

The educational career for Evelina includes a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Mykolas Romeris University, a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mykolas Romeris University.

Evelina reports to Armantas Bakas, CEO. They work with Donny Cvirka - COO, Alex - CCO.
