Nilendu M.

Nilendu (Neel) M. has a strong work experience with a focus on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Nilendu (Neel) is currently working as the Vice President and APAC Head at Mindgate Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager for South East Asia at NymCard from October 2021 to September 2022. Before that, Nilendu was the Regional Head ASEAN at FSS from March 2019 to September 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, Nilendu worked at NCR Corporation as the Payment Solutions & Fintech Regional Leader for APAC, where they led NCR's transformation into payment solutions. Nilendu (Neel) also held a role as a Product Sales Specialist at MasterCard from May 2014 to July 2015.

Prior to their roles in the financial industry, Nilendu worked as a Regional Manager at ElectraCard Services, responsible for business development and account management in the APAC and select MEA regions. Nilendu (Neel) also played a key role in product development and launch for the company's suite of products. Nilendu holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and has experience as an Account and Program Delivery Manager at Headstrong/Morgan Stanley, where they were responsible for expanding Fixed Income Markets Silo and doubling the customer base.

Nilendu (Neel) M. completed their Master of Business Administration (One Year Full Time MBA) in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their BTech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Nilendu (Neel)'ssecondary education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they focused on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Nilendu (Neel) has also obtained several certifications, including being an Enterprise Blockchain Architect and a Certified Blockchain Expert from institutions such as 101 Blockchains and Blockchain Council. Nilendu (Neel) is also a professional member of 101 Blockchains.
