Rajendra Rachalwar has 20+ years of experience in the Payments domain in India. Rajendra has worked at FINANCIAL SOFTWARE & SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. as the Vice President - Revenue Assurance since January 2002. During their tenure, they have gained extensive knowledge of Payments transaction processing in various electronic delivery channels and has handled functions such as Major Accounts, Sales, Program Management, Projects delivery, and Team handling. Rajendra is skilled in business communications, documentations, presentations, and negotiations, as well as making business pitches in highly competitive environments. Rajendra is also actively involved in industry associations and regularly contributes to matters of interest to the industry. In August 2023, they will be joining Mindgate Solutions as the Vice President of Sales.

Rajendra Rachalwar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability at Bhavans College Munshi Nagar Andheri West Mumbai from 1991 to 1996. Rajendra then pursued a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree, focusing on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General, at Chetana's Institute of Management & Research from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, Rajendra attended St. Thomas Academy for their Matriculation education from 1983 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Law.
