Vinu Sam

Vinu Sam's work experience began in 2008 as a Server Support Engineer at Mindgate Solutions, where they maintained application servers and configured infrastructure services. Vinu then worked at Citi for a short period in the same role. In 2009, Vinu joined Microsoft as an HR Operations Specialist, handling end-to-end recruitment and reducing IT operations costs. Vinu later worked at GE as an Account Delivery Manager, overseeing full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies. Vinu then joined PwC as a Delivery Specialist, where they managed onboarding processes and implemented recruitment quality standards. In 2016, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a Delivery Lead, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and working closely with clients to fulfill their hiring needs. Currently, Vinu is the Director of North & South America at Mindgate Solutions, responsible for talent attraction and delivery for Fortune 100 companies and building teams and operations from the ground up.

Vinu Sam completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing Management from SIES College of Management Studies in 2012. Later, in 2017, Vinu Sam graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Health Informatics and Health Information Technology. Additionally, Vinu Sam obtained certifications in Health Informatics and Health IT, CCNA from Cisco Systems, Inc, and MCITP from Microsoft Corporation.
