Sophia Mond is an experienced operations manager and merchandise coordinator with a robust background in the fashion and beauty industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Mindi Mond New York since January 2022, Sophia previously held the title of Merchandise Coordinator at Olivela, where responsibilities included onboarding brands, managing product availability, and developing promotional strategies for high-profile brands.
