Andrei Scurtu began their work experience in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Romania, where they provided assistance to clients with their phone plans and managed service problems. In 2013, they joined Lugera The People Republic Romania as an HR Intern, assisting with recruitment and personnel administration. Andrei then became an HR Consultant, managing staffing needs for Lugera's clients, including a banking Operational Centre in Brasov. In 2015, Andrei worked as a Recruitment Consultant, managing the recruitment process for the Operational Manager position at Rubitech Romania. From 2016, they joined Mindit.io as an IT Recruiter, handling full-cycle recruitment for various IT roles, and later transitioned to the role of Front-end Developer, working on in-house applications using JavaScript and Angular.js.
From 2010 to 2013, Andrei Scurtu attended Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology.
