Bianca Paraschiv is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of work experience. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the same institution from 2005 to 2008. Bianca also attended Alexandru I. Cuza college from 2001 to 2005, where they focused on mathematics and informatics.

In addition to their formal education, Bianca has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In June 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. More recently, in January 2023, they earned the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Bianca also completed the Microsoft Catalyst Partner Pre-Sales Immersion Training offered by Microsoft in May 2023.
