Ioana Miron (Mangalea)

Ioana Miron (Mangalea) has a diverse work experience. Ioana started their career at AMOMA.com as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided support to clients in both English and Chinese and handled tasks such as modifying reservations, contacting business partners, and confirming new reservations. Ioana then joined Go Wild Malta ltd. as a Retention Manager, where their responsibilities included highly customized account management, quality assurance for the customer support team, and creating content and marketing strategies. After that, Ioana worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Mindit.io, where they were responsible for technical writing and creating interfaces for integration projects. Ioana then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at Mindit.io, where they defined HLA and BPM flows and identified risks and corner cases. Currently, Ioana is serving as a Project Manager at Mindit.io, where they manage projects, builds relationships with clients, conducts Agile ceremonies, monitors development progress, and provides guidance and support to the team. In addition, they also manage and develops their team members, conducts performance assessments, and assists in recruitment efforts.

Ioana Miron (Mangalea) pursued their education at the University of Bucharest, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature from 2014 to 2017. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Linguistics from 2017 to 2019. Ioana furthered their academic pursuits by enrolling in the University of Bucharest once again, this time focusing on Linguistics, and successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in 2022.
