Lucia Stoicescu

Lucia Stoicescu has a diverse work history spanning various roles and companies. Lucia is currently the CEO of mindit.io, a Bucharest-based company focused on creating a sustainable intrapreneurial environment. Prior to this, they served as the Co-CEO and Chief Operations Officer at mindit.io. Lucia also holds the role of WomenTech Ambassador at WomenTech Network, where they are involved in promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. Additionally, they have worked as a Consultant at PM Access, a Co-founder at ComunitateA, and a Program Manager and Project Manager at Computaris. Lucia has experience in managing software development projects, coordinating teams, and overseeing program performance. Lucia has also held roles at TenStep, Inc., EDATA, ITC Networks, and AQUASoft for IBM, where they gained expertise in project management, quality assurance, and technical team leadership.

Lucia Stoicescu completed their education at various institutions. Lucia obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2008. Lucia also holds a Master's degree in Web Programming from the University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Lucia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitatea din Craiova between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including an MBA from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) in October 2019, SSGB (Six Sigma Green Belt) from 6sigmastudy in October 2014, and a Professional Scrum Master certification from www.scrum.org in March 2013.
