Madalina Maria Pana, PMP, PSM I have a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Madalina Maria is currently working at mindit.io as an IT Project & People Manager, where they focus on people management and ensuring the team's impact on partners' businesses and end users' lives. Prior to this, they worked at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre Romania as an IT Project & People Manager, where they supervised and controlled services, managed the banking DMS, monitored applications' performance, and worked with service engineers to resolve customer issues. Madalina Maria was also a Project Managers Academy Student during their time there. Madalina has experience in the telecommunications industry as well, having worked at Orange Services as a Learning Management System Specialist, where they collaborated with internal stakeholders to support the implementation and day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System.
