Adesha Ramos

Adesha Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Currently serving as the Division Manager for PAY+ North America at Mindlance since August 2022, Adesha also held the role of Account Manager within the same organization, focusing on managed solutions. Prior to Mindlance, Adesha founded and assumed the role of CEO at Adeleen Events & Co. LLC in April 2021 and worked as a Specialty Recruiter in Medical & Science at Adecco from August 2020 to August 2022. Adesha's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Valencia College.
