Gaurang Gaur

Gaurang Gaur is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Mindlance, a prominent staffing firm recognized for its diversity and rapid growth since its founding in 1999. Since joining Mindlance in September 2016, Gaur has held various positions, starting from Recruitment Executive to Associate Team Lead, and now leads recruitment efforts as a Senior Team Lead. Prior to Mindlance, Gaur worked at eClerx as a Process Trainer, where responsibilities included training new hires on internal processes and compliance. Gaurang holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Shaheed Udham Singh College of Engineering and Technology, completed in August 2014.
