Himani Mehar

Himani Mehar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in scalable service delivery models and client relationship management. Since April 2018, Himani has held various leadership roles at Mindlance, including Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Associate Lead, where the focus has been on exceeding performance goals and fostering trust within the business ecosystem. Prior to this, Himani worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Iron Systems, Inc., contributing to innovative computing infrastructure solutions. Himani holds an MBA in HR from Jaypee Business School and a BA in Vocational Studies from Delhi University.
