Vinay Gurikar

Vinay Gurikar serves as Vice President of International Recruitment at Mindlance, a prominent diversity-owned staffing firm in the United States, since November 2015. With extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, Vinay previously held the position of Associate Vice President at Mindlance, where the firm was recognized as one of the fastest growing staffing businesses. Prior to this, Vinay was Director of International Recruitment at Synova Inc, overseeing end-to-end recruiting processes and employer branding strategies. Early career roles include Senior Manager and Manager of International Recruitment at Mindlance and Synova, respectively, as well as positions at Amtex Systems, Infinite Computer Solutions, and Accenture. Vinay holds an HRM degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Commerce from MES College of Arts, Science & Commerce.
