Ena Bendevska

Ena Bendevska is a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator currently serving as the Country Director for North Macedonia at MindLeaps. Ena holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Security & Development from King's College London and has a robust background in human rights, international relations, and strategic communications. Previously, Ena worked as a Project Coordinator at the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights, where they advanced initiatives focused on social equality and empowered marginalized communities. Additionally, Ena gained early experience as a Summer Intern at the Embassy of Macedonia in The Hague.
