Dustin Melton

Dustin Melton is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sciences field, currently serving as the Director of Formulation Development and Manufacturing at MindMed since October 2021. Prior to this role, Dustin held the position of Technical Manager - Pharmaceutical Sciences at AstraZeneca from December 2017 to October 2021, and worked as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Envisia Therapeutics from January 2016 to December 2017. Dustin began a career at GSK, serving as a Senior Scientist from February 2006 to January 2016, and earlier experience includes working as a Chemist at CompuChem Laboratories in 2005-2006. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from North Carolina State University between 2001 and 2005, after graduating from Hibriten High School in 2001.
