Bianca Costa

Bianca Costa's work experience begins in 2018 when they joined MindMiners as a Customer Success Intern. After that, they held the role of Account Assistant - Agency Partner and then progressed to the role of Account Manager. In these positions, they managed relationships with Enterprise clients in the retail, finance, and technology sectors. Their responsibilities included identifying new opportunities, expanding contracts, producing targeted content for marketing strategies, planning research, coordinating internal teams, and providing training to new and junior members of the account management team. Bianca then became a Senior Account Manager at MindMiners, where they continued to work closely with product teams to develop solutions based on market trends and client feedback.

Prior to their time at MindMiners, Bianca had an internship in Corporate Communication at Suzano Papel e Celulose from August 2017 to March 2018.

Bianca Costa's education history includes attending the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2015 to 2018. Bianca pursued a degree in Relações Públicas and studied subjects related to Relações Públicas, Publicidade e Comunicação Aplicada. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Anchieta from 2011 to 2014, where they completed their Ensino Médio (High School) along with a technical degree in Informática (Information Technology) with a focus on Software.
