Jessica Nicole Sucik

Program Director, Population Health at Mindoula Health

Jessica Nicole Sucik, LCSW has extensive experience in the behavioral health field, starting as a Mobile Outpatient Intensive Services Therapist at Bluegrass.org in 2010. Jessica Nicole later held roles such as Eastern State Hospital Liaison & Serious Mental Illness Coordinator. Jessica Nicole then became the Regional Director of Serious Mental Illness Operations at Bluegrass.org before moving on to HealthFirst Bluegrass Inc., where they served as a Behavioral Health Consultant and later as the Director of Homeless Services. Most recently, Jessica is working at Mindoula as the Program Director, Population Health. Throughout their career, they have focused on integrating behavioral health into primary care settings, training multidisciplinary teams, and promoting whole health care.

Jessica Nicole Sucik, LCSW, earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006. Jessica Nicole later completed their Master of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical/Medical Social Work at the University of Kentucky in 2009.
