Justin Kim

Justin Kim serves as the Vice President of Finance at Mindoula since January 2020, focusing on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operational efficiency, and data optimization. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning processes, developing financial models, supporting business units with scenario-based analyses, and creating Power BI dashboards for performance insights. Prior to Mindoula, Justin held key finance roles at Con Edison, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring for the Renewable Energy Division, and at PepsiCo, where Justin led product line profitability projects. Early career experience includes a financial analysis internship at Apple and advisory services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Justin holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Accounting from UW Foster School of Business.
