Kwankou Mbayu

Kwankou Mbayu is an accomplished IT Support Specialist with extensive experience in technical support and information security. Currently employed at Mindoula since August 2018, Kwankou monitors and resolves alerts to support servers and applications, leveraging MDM tools and managing AWS and Azure environments. Prior experience includes roles at the National Children's Center, where Kwankou achieved a 98% user satisfaction rate while configuring hardware and deploying MDT, and Apple Inc., providing exceptional technical support for Apple products. Kwankou holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Yaounde 1.
