Sara Decarvalho

Sara deCarvalho, MS, LMHC has extensive experience in the mental health field, starting as a Research Assistant at Northeastern University in 2012. Sara then moved on to various roles at different organizations, including Justice Resource Institute, Tufts Medical Center, and Westwood Lodge Hospital. Sara has held leadership positions at Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. and Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Company, where they served as the Director of Behavioral Health. Most recently, Sara has worked for Concert Health and C3 HealthcareRx before taking on the role of Director of Account Management at Mindoula in 2023.

Sara deCarvalho earned their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in 2012 and went on to complete their Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the same institution in 2015. Sara obtained their Licensed Mental Health Counselor certification in 2017 from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure and in 2019 from the RI Department of Health. Sara also holds additional certifications in Basic Life Skills and Vital Signs.
