Shannon McNamara

Shannon McNamara, PMP, serves as an Executive Assistant at Mindoula since August 2023, following a role with Cision where support was provided to multiple executives in a high-pressure global environment. McNamara has a strong background in high-level executive support, including five years at MGMA where coordination of communication and events for the Board of Directors was key, and acting as an intermediary during the publication of a best-selling healthcare book. Previous experience includes extensive administrative support and event planning at the National Conference of State Legislatures, where significant cost-saving measures were implemented and relationships with legislative leaders were cultivated. McNamara began a career in administrative roles at Enduring Resources, LLC, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in office management and logistics coordination, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chatham University.
