Heather Prowd

Heather Prowd has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Heather started their career in 2005 with Mindpath Health, formerly known as Community Psychiatry, where they held multiple roles including Executive Assistant, Administrative Services Representative, Operations Specialist, and Manager of Human Resources and Operations. In these positions, Heather was responsible for various tasks such as recruitment, facility management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

In 2015, Heather joined Adventist Health as a Human Resources Manager for Physicians Network Medical Group. Their role involved supporting the ambulatory care services provided by Adventist Health facilities in California.

Heather returned to Mindpath Health in 2015 and took on the role of Executive Director. Heather later became the Vice President, People in January 2021.

Additionally, during their time at UC Davis Women's Volleyball Club, Heather served as a Coach, contributing to the promotion of student participation in intercollegiate athletic competition.
