Kristina Hardin

Kristina Hardin currently serves as a Senior Clinical Recruiter at Mindpath Health since January 2022, with a rich background in various managerial roles including Regional Operations Manager, Clinician Support Manager, and Clinician Experience Manager. Previously, Kristina held the position of Clinician Experience Manager and Recruiting and Provider Relations Manager at MindPath Care Centers from October 2018 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Recruiting at Carolina Partners in Mental HealthCare, where Kristina also served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Vice President. Additionally, Kristina worked as Patient Centered Medical Home Coordinator at Southern Illinois Healthcare and completed an internship with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Kristina is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA) at Pfeiffer University, expected to graduate in May 2024, after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
